- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shift leaders & team members.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing training for current staff.
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt and friendly service.
- Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote a culture of hospitality and service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing cash handling procedures and daily financial reporting.
- Assist manager in labor & food costs.
- Assist in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Handle employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts.
- Assist in interviews & hiring process.
- Ensure that food is prepared to Sonic Drive-In standards.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food and service.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee records management.
- Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory.
- Help with marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Pay: $50,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
